Audi Melborne has the best dealership experience on the planet. I’ve owned Audis for the last 7 years working with 4 different Audi dealerships and Audi Melborne is by far the best. I just purchased my 2nd Audi from Audi Melborne and worked with Sarge Ayala. What a class act, he is by far the best car salesman I’ve ever worked with. I showed up without calling first which I normally don’t do and he had my deal done to the exact terms I wanted in less than 10 minutes. I was blown away, this was by far the easiest car transaction I have ever done. I also worked with Sarge last year with my last Audi purchase and what sets him apart from the rest is he calls me every year on my birthday, vehicle anniversary etc to make sure all my needs are met. Emailed John Alvarez about a 2012 911 Carrera4 for sale for $69000 that their on line ad said 1 year left of the factory warranty. Told me the car WAS NOT under warranty because it wasn't a Porsche dealer. So why did they advertise it with a warranty? You know why...Simply lied to get a buyer which I was one. No reply from John Alvarez the sales person or mgmt. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
