Came without appointment, took me right in. Waiting area could be cleaner but people were friendly. i was misled on remaining warranty for the vehicle and only found out after the sale was completed. Also the car was delivered unprofessionally, with the "2013 Audi" logo and other papers still stuck to w only found out after the sale was completed.
