Audi Service was great! They were able to tow my car to the dealer, check it out and return it back to me in no time. They even offered me a rental to drive in th was great! When we arrived Roxanne arranged a test drive with a service Tech named Novak, who immediately recognized the problem. The car was repaired along with an oil change & alignment. Clearly they have upgraded their customer friendly accommodations. Everyone from the young man who accepted my car (did not catch his name) to the manager (did not catch his name) who answered my service contract query, to Chris who provided the loaner, and then Meksut who reviewed the service with me and was available to answer any questions I had. The Service Division of the dealership is its shining star...and the reason customers return as a matter of trust and credibility. More

Terrible experience with this dealer I was an out of state buyer. They sold me a car that had a ton of issues they did not tell me about, even when I specifically asked. Bent wheel and a broken seat belt. I reached out to salesman and GM, no one cared. The GM didn't even take the time to email or call me back! Do not buy from this dealer. More
