Car dropped on Thursday. No info till Saturday afternoon. Caller stated that vehicle is ready. Agreed that I will pick it up Monday morning. I came before work by 7:50AM. meksut ago took care of me, he is great.as always he has taken care of me in the past and always is the most helpfull. But i was not as satisfied as i would have been and schould have been and have been in taken care of me in the past and always is the most helpfull. But i was not as satisfied as i would have been and schould have been and have been in the past, not unhappy with meksut, im sure he did all and everything he was supposed to..but the.service repare men or who ever checks out the car to see what is needed and if there are any problems for what needs to be done i was unhappy with. for one my car had the sevice light on telling about the tire air pressure, and it was not fixed.i forgot to tell them about it, but since i took my car for service it schould of been taken care of and looked at either way. so the air pressure was very low so low to the point where i had to stop and put air my self in the tire, but i dont no how much to put or how to remove the tired pressure light. also my side assist is not working but they failed to tell me about it . ask if id like it fixed or something. I expected more, lots more from audi.. im dissapointed and considering taking my car to audi manhattan in the future. More
