Service advisor (Meksut) was extremely pleasant to deal with. Communication was informative regarding updates and I couldn't help but notice his tone, very "zen-like." Withonly 3 month left on my lease I needed new brake pads. I explained this to the service rep indicating I thought this was not right that I should have to pay for new brake pads with only 3 months on pads.
