My husband and I consider ourselves fortunate that Barry Cohen was our sales person. We were not knowledgeable about the characteristics of Audi cars but Barry presented many reasons why we should consider Cohen was our sales person. We were not knowledgeable about the characteristics of Audi cars but Barry presented many reasons why we should consider all the qualities of the Audi and why it would be a great car for us to own. He demonstrated tremendous patience listening to and answering my many questions about the car and the benefits of leasing or buying the car. In addition to his knowledge about Audi cars he has a caring and concerned spirit towards his customers. When it came time to demonstrate all the features of our new car, he once again showed patience, concern and caring to ensure that I became familiar with and understood the many features of the car. He took the time to review all aspects of the car and gave me plenty of opportunities to ask my one million questions. The best part was when he told me I could come back for more tutoring on how to manage all the features the Q5 has to offer. He reassured me that he was only a phone call or visit away if I needed any assistance with the car. He also explained Audi life, after the day I left with the car, by making sure I understood how to contact the service department and offered assistance if I needed it. Barry called the next day to check on how I was enjoying the car and if I had any questions. Working with Barry was the best experience I ever had purchasing a new car!!!
