I switched from another Audi dealer that I used for 12 years because I was becoming increasingly displeased with their customer service. I figured I'd try Audi Lynbrook because it was just as convenient years because I was becoming increasingly displeased with their customer service. I figured I'd try Audi Lynbrook because it was just as convenient a location, simply in another direction. I can honestly say that they provided exceptional service. Their attention to detail and customer service was exceptional. My last experience at the other dealer left me feeling like a "number" with the service advisor paying little attention to my requests and desires. Audi Lynbrook was on the opposite end of the spectrum. They took the time to explain each issue and the options available to me. They promptly provided estimates and worked with me to determine what should be addressed urgently versus what could wait based on what I could afford at the time. I will definitely return there the next time I need service or when it comes time to replace my Audi. I couldn't be happier. More

Barry also spent enough time with me teaching me how to use the car inside and out. I'm still not familiar with all the buttons and commands but he said to return any time I needed to, He also followed up with a call the very next day to inquire about my new experience and satisfaction with the new Audi.
