And when I did conclude my purchase, Jason Byford patiently walked me through the details of the purchase documents and answered all of my questions. He also promptly followed up on 2 items I requested. While I haven't received the car yet as it is being shipped to me, given their great customer service, I would anticipate receiving my 2013 Audi TTRS in better condition than I believe it to be.
