I purchased my Audi SQ5 in San Antonio, but due to my mother's health issues I have been living in Roswell New Mexico during the pandemic. When it came time for my one year vehicle maintenance Audi Lubbo mother's health issues I have been living in Roswell New Mexico during the pandemic. When it came time for my one year vehicle maintenance Audi Lubbock was my closest option. As it turned out I couldn't be more pleased. Orlando Estrada did an outstanding job keeping me informed, provided a loaner vehicle, and did an excellent job addressing all the issues and questions I had about my vehicle. I was not prepared to seriously look at buying a newer vehicle, but my husband wanted to look. We stopped at Audi Lubbock and saw a couple of vehicles that I agreed to look at. Chris Ramos came out of t vehicle, but my husband wanted to look. We stopped at Audi Lubbock and saw a couple of vehicles that I agreed to look at. Chris Ramos came out of the building and met us in the car lot. Chris is the most pleasant young man I have met in a long time. He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and just went all out to make my husband and I feel comfortable as he told us about the car we decided we wanted.
