He is the ONLY car sales person who called to check in after I drove the car away - again he had said that his objective is to maintain a long term customer relationship instead of a one time transaction. Follow up comment (Sept 2018). Messed up in the car registration in CT DMV. Took my other registered car plate instead of getting a new car plate number. Resulting in my other car voided in DMV registration. Lack of follow up and update from Rafael on the problem. He is a good salesman. But after sales service, not good enough. More
