He personally pulled the vehicles out of the show room, was knowledgeable about all technology and mechanics of each vehicle I test drove and did it all with a smile. I thought I was receiving sales service from a manager due to how professional he was on the sales process of my Audi A4. If I could give Sebastian a 6 out of 5 Stars review I would. The sales manager Percy also went above and beyond to ensure I walked out of the dealership with a great deal and vehicle.
