First time with FLOW - excellent I just moved from Northern VA and needed a 60k service for my Q7. I live in Pinehurst, so I called Cary Audi and got a 3 week wait - unsat. Called FLOW and they had an opening in less than a week. Greeted at the car by Jeff, the Service Rep Josh was terrific, and within 10 minutes I was on my way in a loaner Q7. Never happened as quickly or smoothly in NoVA I can tell you. I’m a fan. I’ll be back. More

My great experience at Flow Audi of Greensboro, NC I scheduled a appt to have a oil change. Upon arrival I was greeted at my car. The Service Advisor, Jeffery was busy with another customer but he imme I scheduled a appt to have a oil change. Upon arrival I was greeted at my car. The Service Advisor, Jeffery was busy with another customer but he immediately acknowledged me and advised that he would be right with me. I checked in and was offered a seat, coffee, fruit, water etc. I was given updates on my car. Upon checking out and leaving Jeffery walked me out and opened my car door. I would very highly recommend this dealership. I have a 2017 and was able to even see James my salesman. I will be upgrading Audi's in about a year and will definately contact James! More

Audi Q5 scheduled maintenance Staff was very courteous and attentive. I did not need a loaner car as my daughter was picking me up for the day.
