Great experience. Car buying can be very stressful, but from the moment I got there, Jack Bolen, the Sales Associate who worked with me, was there to help and answer any questions. I let him know I was onl from the moment I got there, Jack Bolen, the Sales Associate who worked with me, was there to help and answer any questions. I let him know I was only "looking" that first day, but was very interested in the A4 and had questions. Jack was very responsive and didn't pressure me into making a decision on any one vehicle that day. I went back 5 days later and purchased the 2013 A4 Quattro they had waiting for me. I've only had the car for a little over a week, but I love it so far. Hopefully when I have to bring it in for service, that experience will be as pleasant and smooth as the purchasing aspect was.
