Simply the best! As a longtime customer of the service dept., I wanted to make this dealership my first stop in shopping for a new car. They didn't have a car that was equipped like I wanted, but customer loyalty was so strong that they not only found my car, but swapped the other dealer a considerably more expensive one in the same model line, to make a deal with me. Over the years, there have been a lot of case where the service dept. treated me just as well. In my experience, the service dept. often doesn't match the sales dept. This is a top-notch operation all the way. More

It's funny - I ended up at Flow because I contacted another dealer more local who treated me like a sales lead with automated (and incorrect!) emails and seemed put out to give me a quote (that was $2k OVER MSRP). Flow came in competitive from the first try and didn't play games- they earned my business and I got an awesome car. I would not hesitate to recommend them and in fact would suggest they should be your first stop. More
