Dealership is nice (they sell Audi's, duh) and personnel are well dressed and professional (of course), but beware, what is said from a smiling face still needs to be backed up with action. From sales to service, just look out for yourself as they will attempt to take advantage. 1 example: service scheduled (no loaner available and would need to wait so booked it out). Still waited 2 hours for oil change and got attitude when I commented. My future business will go somewhere else. More
Horrible experiences with my SQ5. Constantly trying not to cover warranty items..window was stuck and wouldn’t roll up. In the process of fixing they broke the window and blamed me, said “didn’t you say you tried to shimmy it up” then when I went to pick my car up it had a dent on the door from the inside. This is a car that I had ceramic coated and is always clean. When I went in and said my door was dented they blamed it on me! They asked the technician and he said he didn’t do it. I said “so I dented my door from the inside”?The service manager was supposed to talk to GM and contact me. He didn’t, and when I contracted the GM he knew nothing about it. I will say the GM was nothing but nice and had my dent pulled out. Fast forward to yesterday took car for service appointment and asked to check my console. First claimed my vehicle was no longer under warranty and when we said it is she looked and said “oh yes I see that on the next screen”. Then she proceeded to say that it would take 3hrs of diagnostic time to see what was wrong with the console and if it was my fault we would have to pay for it!! I absolutely love my car and want to get a new one but not sure I can with the terrible experiences I’ve had with this service department! More

I purchased brand new car from this dealership on 3/18/2020 wanting to turn in my used one after st ****FRAUD ALERT***** Stay away from this dealer. I purchased brand new car from this dealership on 3/18/2020 wanting to turn in my used one after striking the deal with the salesperson including discount and covering remaining payments on old one. I asked the salesperson to write up that on paper, because it sounded unbelievable and he obviously refused to do so. I asked him why such a great deal (compared with other dealers), he said due to COVID-19, people are not coming and they want to sell cars. Lied to me that the sales office is closing at 3 pm and I better come before or else I would lose the deal. I told them I can't make it before 5:30 pm and closing time automatically moved to 7 pm( left at 9 pm). But since the deal was too good to pass up, I decided to drive all the way from Charlotte. I took them for their words for whatever we discussed on the phone with the sales guy, and utterly regretting it as now I am making payments to both of my cars. Now, they don't even recognize me and have cut off all communication after selling the car. Their manager, Robert Smith, called me and talked very unprofessionally and flat out lied to my face about the car I was interested in, which I caught him red handed while he was on the phone and told me I made a mistake and he hung up the phone on me. More
Excellent service! Recently took my Q5 in for routine service. Was in and out quickly, everything was explained, staff was friendly and courteous, and even had use of Recently took my Q5 in for routine service. Awesome experience at Flow Audi of Greensboro. I live just a few miles from Audi of Cary, NC, and took my car there first for service. They were horrible, acted as if they didn’t need my business. Afte just a few miles from Audi of Cary, NC, and took my car there first for service. They were horrible, acted as if they didn’t need my business. After having my car sit there for nearly three weeks, I decided to pull the plug and was resigned to driving to Greensboro for service. To my surprise, they came to me! Brought me a loaner, took my car back, and fixed it within a day. Unbelievable service, kept me informed of the repair process, just a joy to deal with. I’m going there not only for service, but I will buy my cars there as well. I appreciate good customer service and feeling like my business is important to them. More
I took my vehicle to a certified Audi repair shop And they did not do a complete job ,as a matter of fact ,they left the fog lights disconnected and my headlight was not calibrated. I took it to the Au they did not do a complete job ,as a matter of fact ,they left the fog lights disconnected and my headlight was not calibrated. I took it to the Audi dealer in Greensboro. I spoke with miss Ashlie . She had given me a loner vehicle while my vehicle was Properly being serviced. My headlight was calibrate correctly and the fog lights was connected. The bill went to the certified Audi repair shop that did not complete the job. Next time I'll go to the Audi dealer service station directly instead of a repair shop. From what I understand, Some Certified repair shops does not have the tools that the Greensboro Audi dealer service station has. More
