Treated like we were 3rd class & not worthy of their time and attention. Since it was near closing time we were treated like an inconvenience. Tracy was an absolute pleasure to work with but Tristan & Robby acted like we didn’t belong in there with them. When I was talking to the sales people we expressed the payment must be under $300. They acted like they absolutely could not come down on the sticker price & couldn’t get the payments where we needed them. Kept asking for more and more down but it “wouldn’t help the monthly payment much.” By the time we had left my daughter was sobbing & in tears because of the disappointment & way we were being treated. Unacceptable. More

Very disappointed in their service department. Long story short I have an audi that I can't drive and still make payments on because they royally screwd my motor and won't except any ownership. It's been 3 years and I've dealt with 2 different service managers that are not doing the right thing by fixing what was damaged at their shop. Makes me look at audi customer service in a whole new light now.. just sad More

Purchased a ‘21 CPO Q5 one and one half years ago. Two recalls within this time. The first recall resulted in a two+ hour wait. No one informed me of the time to complete and no one updated me as I sa Two recalls within this time. The first recall resulted in a two+ hour wait. No one informed me of the time to complete and no one updated me as I sat in their waiting area. The second recall was scheduled for a valet pick up. I was told that someone would call the day prior. No one called however, I called to confirm the time and appointment. On pick up day, I called at 9:00 - 30 minutes past the scheduled time. I was told that pick up would be between 9:30 & 10:00. Obviously, no one had left the dealership as the drive is about 60 minutes. I called to cancel as 1.5 hours is not acceptable. Whoever I spoke with said: not sure how an 8:30 pick up was scheduled as they are not open. Well, the answer rests internally- Flow scheduled it as well as confirmed it. We decided to sell the vehicle as service was too much of an issue. Response to date was ‘canned’. No solution- we try hard. Not hard enough for me. More
Audi/premium pricing provided a Yugo service experience. Total lack of professionalism, no respect for their customers' time and many, meaningless apologies. I purchased a 2021 RS7. On May 13, I called to schedule my 10,000 mile maintenance and to get "initializing Serius/XM" and "initializing Media" fixed. The initializing keeps on spinning and spinning but nothing gets initialized. The next available appointment is June 8. I didn't buy an Audi to have to wait over 3 weeks to get my car in for an issue and 10,000 mile maintenance. I asked the scheduler if upper management knew and she said they did. I asked her specifically to pass on my displeasure to top management and she said, "oh, they know". It would have been much better if she said "I will definitely pass this on". More

Today 2 hrs later im told i have to pay 144.00 or i cant take my car. Screw this place More
