No thank you. The resolution for me was to sell the vehicle. I might note that the dealer reviews for the past two years appear to indicate what I would consider to be a disturbing trend. Apologies are fine but twice is too many. Somewhere there is a disconnect between your service group and your customers. It is not difficult to update waiting customers and certainly not tough to honor committed to valet service. ( I won’t get into a wheel issue that bordered on the absurd) Perhaps overall minor issues. However, past initial sales, you are in the service world. I’d rather own a car that offers reliable service.
