I always have a wonderful experience taking my car here, I have been assigned to Matt Chromiak since 2013 and he never disappoints. Someone stole 2 wheels off my car and my ins co referred me to another sho I have been assigned to Matt Chromiak since 2013 and he never disappoints. Someone stole 2 wheels off my car and my ins co referred me to another shop that they are contracted with, that shop stated it will be 2 mos before I can get my car back. I called Matt he let me tow the car there even dealt with my insurance company for me, he made my experience so much better than what it would have been being as though it was hard getting through to my ins agent. I was able to pick up my car back in a couple weeks of dropping it off. I highly recommend them you will get a VIP treatment for sure. More

I brought in my 2017 Audi Q7 for issues with my front and tail lights. Upon diagnostics, the front lamps needed to be replaced completely. Although it was going to cost a significant amount of money out of p tail lights. Upon diagnostics, the front lamps needed to be replaced completely. Although it was going to cost a significant amount of money out of pocket, we couldn't be happier that Matt Chromiak was able to patiently hear our concerns, work with other managers (including Dennis) and Audi to help bring the cost to something more manageable for us.
