Just WOW! I recently purchased my Q5 as a CPO. Although I've enjoyed the vehicle, the service and follow-up AFTER my purchase has been nothing short of atrocio I recently purchased my Q5 as a CPO. Although I've enjoyed the vehicle, the service and follow-up AFTER my purchase has been nothing short of atrocious. Many emails and calls, no responses. I managed to get one person on the phone who dumped me into a voicemail, still no response. My paperwork with the DMV still hasn't been processed over 6 weeks later, temporary plates expire in less than 2 weeks, no guidance, no updates, completely feel like chopped liver. I would NOT recommend Audi Dominion for your next purchase. Once the sale is done, you WILL be forgotten. I'm a big believer in second chances, so am hoping they'll prove me wrong one of these days. More

I live in Cibolo and there is another Audi Sales/Service within 10 miles of my house, however, I travel 20+ miles to Do Outstanding Customer Service. I live in Cibolo and there is another Audi Sales/Service within 10 miles of my house, however, I travel 20+ miles to Dominion because the staff is AWESOME. My service advisor, Corey W, checked me in and noticed there was an open systems recall on my vehicle. He truly did go above and beyond to get me an unscheduled loaner vehicle, just so I didn’t have to wait longer or make another appointment, while they completed the recall with my scheduled service. I truly appreciated the fact that he was so understanding of my time. THE BEST. More

Person I dealt with was not overly pushy with the extended warranty offers. He explained and sold them very well, I just don’t believe in them. The biggest disappointment was when driving vehicle home, I noticed something not feeling quite right with drivetrain. Upon taking vehicle to local bmw dealership, it was diagnosed with bad rear transfer case. To buy a high end vehicle from a very reputable dealer like Audi dominion with an issue like that does not speak well. It makes one wonder how that could happen. My wife wanted to bring the car back to return it. More
