After making some calls to speed things along, Michael, a member of management called and was very nice, takes to me almost 30 mins explaining some of the challenges this small 17 bay service center faces, and what they have been doing to correct the issues, like building a much larger facility. At the end my car was ready within the hour and Michael himself came and picked me up. The extra attention I was given after getting upset was very much appreciated. Thank you guys I appreciate it. I have had to take my vehicle in on more occasions than I wished for due to accid Ms. Abdulrashid consistently delivers outstanding customer service. I have had to take my vehicle in on more occasions than I wished for due to accidental tire repairs, but I always look forward to interacting with Mojda. She is consistent in her communication in always providing updates w my repairs and always accommodating with my busy schedule. At times, I've had to wait a few minutes, but it's given me an opportunity to observe her interactions with other customers and she delivers the same level of excellent customer service with everyone she interacts with. She seems to know her customers well as she acknowledges them by their name at the entrance of the service department. More
Superior Customer Service - Josh Taylor I purchased my 2011 Audi a year ago at another dealership. I had engine failure issues and I contacted the Cavender Audi repair center reaching Josh. I purchased my 2011 Audi a year ago at another dealership. I had engine failure issues and I contacted the Cavender Audi repair center reaching Josh. Although he was working with a third party warranty department to approve repairs/payment, Josh took me under his wing and assured me that as an Audi family member, I would be taken care of. He has been courteous, professional, and understanding. He went above and beyond to ensure that my car was repaired to the best quality that it should be. In fact, the third part warranty department wanted to correct the issues in the "cheapest" way and Josh advocated on behalf to ensure that it was done correctly. I went from crying because I was broke down on the side of the road to feeling like I was being supported by a family member. He understood my situation and held my hand through the entire process. I know that my car is in better shape than it was when I first drove it off the lot. Thank you so much for taking care of me in my car "crisis!" Josh and Cavender Audi have been an absolute Godsend and I want to thank everyone for their professionalism and hospitality. Absolutely amazing dealership and crew! More

Abysmal Customer Service, full of excuses and delays Huge disappointment in the level of customer service from Kirk & dealership. Placed a custom order for a 2017 A4 while deployed overseas. Every time I reached out to him & asked him to send me something, he always provided some excuse. Like the system is down, the scanner is broken, I am off today, I've sent it already; when I know I hadn't received it. Prior to my lock date, I added the sports package. So I asked for an updated price sheet w/ the sales tax & fees broken out so I can go secure my financing. I also wanted to see the fees they charge & ensure they were not charging for something I didn't have to pay for. Anyway, he tells me that their scanner is broken, but asks me for a # he could text a picture to. I give him my # & even tell him if he has an iPhone, he can iMessage me also by using my email address. Never got the document. I contacted him, he said he sent it, but I tell him I never got it & asked him to resend. He said no problem, of course I didn't get it...for 4 days, I kept contacting him & I got nothing Sent am email to the Sales Manager detailing the issue & all the other issues I was having. I even forward the sales manager one of the longer email chains so he can see some of the previous exchanges & understand the frustration.....I wait a day & get no response from the sale manager....so I call to talk to him about the email & I get put on the phone w/ the GM... The GM apologizes for everything & tells me this isn't how they usually do business. yada, yada, ..he promises to get me the info I need. He gives me his personal cell phone number & email address. I wait a couple of hours & low & behold, I get the price sheet, but it's the same price I had negotiated to prior to adding the sports package & the sales tax & fees are not broken out..... I email the general manager back & remind him that I was asking for the sales tax & fees to be broken out & I also tell him that the pricing is wrong. I tell him that I am an honest person & the price he was showing was the price prior to adding the sports package. Now if they were throwing it in for free or as an incentive, then I would not argue the point, but I expressed that I am a fair person & am open to negotiating the pricing for the sports package. I gave him a day to process my email & respond & he did not, so I called him & left a voicemail to confirm that he received my email & never got a response. Another day passes & I still had not received a response from them.... When I first spoke with him, I expressed my frustration & that this would be the last difficulty I would most likely be willing to tolerate before I cancel my order & go to another dealership to purchase my car.... I was finally able to speak with the General Manager again. When I asked him if he received my email, he did confirm that he had. But it became clear to me that he didn't bother to thoroughly read the email in which I explained to him the pricing he provided was wrong & why. When I told him over the phone (as I had told him in the email), I added the sports package after the A4 was ordered & before the lock date. He told me that would not be possible because then I would have a completely different stock number. Now that may be the case, but if so, then that just means his sales person did not update the paperwork. So he told me he had to check to see if Audi updated the MSRP & would get back to me. So after our call, I forwarded the original email & reminded him that I wanted to see the sales tax & fees broken out. I also informed him that if they could not provide the info by the end of day, that I would email AoA & request my order be transferred to a Magna Society Dealership or that I would cancel the order if it could not be transferred. After 1 week, I finally receive the updated price sheet but without the sales tax and fees broken out. He let me know I would get those by end of day yesterday, but guess what, I didn't. Abysmal service & they don't follow through on what they promise. STAY AWAY!!!! More

Felt more like a cheap used car lot than an Audi dealer. I tried to buy a $75,000 certified Audi from this dealership. The salesman, while polite, couldn't be bothered to personally check the car for rock chips, dings, or tire tread depth. Just kept telling me it passed the inspection. Somewhat high pressured sales tactics, kept asking " are you ready to move forward?", "when will you know?", "when can I call you?" While negotiating on the price, the salesman would take over an hour to call me back. Once we finally agreed on a price, I drove 45 minutes into town to send the money that day; only to have the salesman call me and tell me someone else was looking at the car. I expressed my confusion that I thought we agreed on a price, he replied "you should have bought it yesterday." They ended up selling the car to the other person after we already had an agreement. Maybe they should be selling cars in New York, definitely not Texas. More

I had made an appointment for the inspection and oil change at a later date, but had actually come in for a minor shake while driving. Joshua went ABOVE AND BEYOND to fix the shake, even when we ran into complications AND took care of the inspection and oil change. I'd be happy to take my vehicle back to Josh at Cavender Audi!
