Relaxing and fun! I went to Audi of Danbury after only barely convincing my husband that the Q5 was the car for us. After looking around at the showroom we were introdu I went to Audi of Danbury after only barely convincing my husband that the Q5 was the car for us. After looking around at the showroom we were introduced to Jonathan Mero. We were immediately taken by his friendly and approachable demeanor. He never acted like we were in any way deficient because we didn't want to spend $60,000 on a car. Instead, he asked us if we would consider the Q3 as an alternative. After much thought, comparisons, and a visit to other Audi dealerships, we went back to Audi of Danbury because of Jonathan and his honest approach. We ended up buying a 2015 Q5 at my husband's insistence! This was the only car buying experience that I have ever had where I didn't end up feeling frustrated and talked down to. And-they have great coffee! More

Both Dave and Gabe are honest, ethical service reps who truly care about your car and your overall customer satisfaction. There has never been a time that I doubted their service advice. In addition, Debbie was kind enough to provide me all past service reciepts upon request in a clear and concise manner, she is truly the best! I have had my audi serviced at another dealership before and I can tell you that they were terrible compared to Danbury Audi. I will continue to service my car here and would only purchase another audi from them. This is the ONLY Audi dealership that you actually would want to visit. I can't thank Danbury Audi enough for their consistent customer service. I would recommend them to anyone! More

I was coming from a 2010 Jetta SE and was in the market for a new car. After having 2 bad experience with other Audi dealers in my local area I was skeptical at first but, I felt she understood what I was looking for and how I wanted to conduct business. In the end she gave me a good offer for my 2015 A3 2.0 Quattro Prestige. Jeff the finance manager was very pleasant and professional. We ended chatting a bit about our interests in playing hockey (ice). Also I did not finance my car through them (through my local CU) my overall experience with Danbury Audi was more then I could ask for. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to them.
