I was able to make an appointment for service on short notice for my preferred day and time. Upon my arrival, Steve Meyer described in detail the services that needed to be done. I was introduced to the Service Technician who was going to do the work. I received his video of the services as he was about to perform them. Since the services were expected to take about 5 to 6 hours, I was offered a courtesy vehicle for use during the day. Services were completed the same day.
