Every time i go to Audi Coral Springs its always a great experience. This time i went in for a recall and Giancarlo was great. He took care of me right away and kept me updated on my car when it was getting experience. This time i went in for a recall and Giancarlo was great. Car was towed in late on Friday afternoon. They started working on it then, and had it finished and washed by Saturday 9AM. They sent me a video of the work and a checkup by 8AM. AJ Bird was a great service representative. Only issue was dealing with the automated phone representative. It was difficult to get to talk directly to a service representative. More
