This dealership creates a lot of unnecessary obstacles between the buyer and the car they want. Very high friction process for a car I specified myself and waited 15 months for. Also, the finance manager needs to learn to take "No, thank you" for an answer. Had to insist five times that I did not want the add-ons, and yet she demanded to waste my time explaining them and using pushy sales tactics anyway. To top it all off, they make you wait 24 hours after taking your money before they will release the car to you. I came away feeling unvalued and disrespected. More
