I have been to other dealerships in the tri-valley area and their customer service does not compare to the service I received at Audi in Concord. Employees like Jeff are far and few in between. Thank you for having such an amazing professional on your team . This is the reason I keep returning . More

WORST DEALERSHIP SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! I only WISH that I could give ZERO stars for this dealership and our experiences there. The other reviews on Yelp and other sites are generally review I only WISH that I could give ZERO stars for this dealership and our experiences there. The other reviews on Yelp and other sites are generally reviews referring to sales. Our sales representative was Evelynn and she was good, but BEWARE..... the service experience is entirely a WHOLE other story. Here is why: My wife and I saved up our money and purchased 2 new Audis from this dealership at the same time. A Q5 and a S6 for our growing family. We spent over $100K. When I took my car in for its first "complimentary" service (it only had 2400 miles on it) the dealership's car porter ran the front end of the car into a wall! I immediately demanded that the dealership buy back the damaged new car but they refused and instead offered to make all necessary "repairs". That took 4 months! When the Audi Concord flatbed truck driver finally delivered my car back to our home, he severely gouged the front wheel and cracked the interior threshold trim which required the vehicle to be sent back to Audi Concord again for replacement of those parts with new ones. THEN, when the Audi Concord "technician" Miguel was installing the new wheel, he overtorqued it and stripped the lug bolts and wheel hub! That required the vehicle to go back to Audi Concord yet again for the installation of a new wheel hub and lug bolts. How basic of a mechanical task is tightening lug nuts on a wheel? All of these negligent goof ups and physical damage to my vehicle by Audi of Concord have resulted in the diminution in value of my new vehicle. Not to mention the time away from work and family to deal with these clowns. Unbelievable! For a detailed and documented timeline of all of the many blunders that this ham-handed service department has caused us to endure, pleas see my posts on the Audi owners' forum located at audizine.com and search for "Worst dealership experience ever." Based on my experience with the dealer I strongly recommend that you go elsewhere for the service of your Audi. Audi if Concord will gladly take your money when they sell you a car (or 2 in our case) but it is a total crapshoot whenever you go back to them for service. Look elsewhere! More

During that time Audi moved to their new & impressive location adding much more room, I've been extremely happy with the service and care Rolando, my service Manager always provided, they make you feel like you belong there! I loved my car but my 3 year lease was up this past month and I entertained both the BMW 740 and a new Audi A8L with all the bells and whistles on both. I sent a note to both Audi and BMW sales stating I was between the two and it would now come down to what deals could be provided.. within minutes Audi (Tim Lofano) reached out and told me to take the car home for a day and offered me one heck of deal.. I let BMW know with no response at all... Tim is so genuine and the type of person you'd want to do business with no matter what you were purchasing! I obviously took the offer and LOVE my new A8L and look forward to being spoiled again for another 3 years! Also thank to Chris McIrvin for holding my hand and showing me all the bells and whistles when I picked up the car! More
Service department in need of a 2015 make-over While my visits were few, there is no doubt they should remove the word service from that departments title. I am sure at most, maybe every dealership While my visits were few, there is no doubt they should remove the word service from that departments title. I am sure at most, maybe every dealership "assigns" a client to a customer service representitive to ensure an efficent transaction for both parties. This is a process I can respect; provided it works. You can be sure you are in a dealership that sells luxury cars by the number of apple computers throughout the facility and very heavy in the service department (to be fair it's one per employee). It gives plenty of time for internet browsing, allowing their heads to be buried in the keyboard. I can give credit and suggest that they may be lining up their days work. I arrived to find that the young polite man I was assigned to had an earlier client he was continuing to assist, as he should have. Meanwhile there were at least four other if not five other gentlemen either standing around and talking to one another, or burried in their computer. NONE of them said hello, offered me anything, (water) Never said that my young man would be just a minute and NOT ONE OF THEM offered to assist me. When I finally asked the man next to him if there were anyone else that could assist he stated that he already did the walk around for him. I am sorry, you could not share this with me earlier? Further, I have recently suffered a traumatic event and the sales department was able to help me out in way I needed, but the service department informed me that I would need to go back home for the paper version of my DL. I explained that my lic. was on file and that in recent days Concord Audi, was able to obtain it from the corporate office in order to assist me. He made one call and when he could not reach that person he told me there was nothing he could do. He did not ask any of his colleagues, but then they were busy doing nothing. The director of that department sits in a class office facing the floor. Funny, I could see him the entire time, yet he can't see me the customer standing there. In his defense, he was on his computer too. In the end I was turned around before I even got out of the lot letting me know the DL. situation was resolved. Again, I would like to be clear with the fact I have only had three interactions with this department, but all have been pretty much the same. What I really love is that each time I set up an appointment I requested a loaned, yet each time I was told they did not have that as a request, and will need to see what they have. If I buy a car from Audi Concord, I bought it because I appriciated the journey and all those that went along with me. So dissapointing to see the disconnect between the front and back end. Maybe your system works for many maybe even most, and changing it would most likely change nothing. But, what I would suggest is that your team of young/older men take some time to look up say hello and be a part of the process for all of you customers, not just their assigned people. I look like to crazy lady who flipped her switch, and I did, but rude and lazy service is not okay with me. I will say there was a solution to my problem and that is they offered to anytime my car is need of repair they will have a loaner delivered and take my car in for repairs. This is the only thing that would keep me having service done at Audi Concord. More

At first, I was very indecisive about the vehicle I wanted to purchase, but Daniel Keating was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process. I talked to and visited other Audi dealerships in the Bay Area, but in the end, it was the customer service that Dan provided that won me over. I look forward to purchasing more Audi's from him and Audi Concord in the future. Chen More
I experienced some challenges in my business a few years ago that caused significant blemishes on my credit, so my credit score was not that great. I had shopped several Audi, BMW and M/Bnz dealers and was ago that caused significant blemishes on my credit, so my credit score was not that great. I had shopped several Audi, BMW and M/Bnz dealers and was treated as if I were a credit criminal. Just when I thought my next stop was going to have to be a Ford or Chevy store (YUK!), a friend referred me to Lemuel, the fleet & leasing manager at Diablo Audi in Concord, CA. First, he treated me with the utmost respect and secondly, he took an active interest in my wants, needs and desires. He was very positive and he looked for solutions to my situation, rather than being negative and looking for reasons why it couldn't be done. What other sales people didn't know, is that I had access to some significant resources, I just didn't want to drill holes in my safety blanket. But after careful probing and exploration on his part, and then providing me with coherent reasoning as to why I'd be better served by utilizing some of those resources as a larger down payment, he was able to demonstrate how it benefitted me. He was able to entice Audi Financial to approve my loan at an interest rate that I felt I would never qualify for, and by credit score, didn't really deserve. As a result, I'm saving about $12,000 in finance charges. Had someone else treated me with respect, asked the right questions and helped me to understand that dipping an extra $15,000 into my safety fund would make that much of a difference, I'd be driving a BMW, a M/Bnz, or an Audi from somewhere else. But no one else was as willing to work as hard for me as Lemuel was. I've since done more research and found that he actually gave me a pretty good deal. He's earned my future business and any referrals I can send his way, someone would have to be hundreds of dollars cheaper for me to buy elsewhere, and even then I'd give him the last shot.

More
