This was an extremely pleasant experience, from the minute I walked into the showroom until I drove off with my beautiful new Audi. We went on test drives with different vehicles so I could get a good feel for the particular car. George explained in detail the many functions the car was capable of. He connected my iPhone to the Audi which was very impressive. I was able to listen to my personal radio station live from Hamburg Germany through the car's speakers! WOW!!! I loved it. When the first car I choose could not get the financing I required, George worked diligently to find me the right fit! Only a few days later, he sent me a photo of another Audi and that was the car I actually purchased. I am VERY happy with my new Audi and will highly recommend this dealership and especially George Rangelov who is a caring professional who never stopped working until I had the new car I desired! I just purchased an Audi A5 Cabriolet from Crown Audi (Ryan Sanders was my salesman) and had a fantastic experience. I am sure that I am like many folks and dread the prospect of car shopping. From the moment I initially spoke to Ryan through the delivery process, Ryan took a typically difficult process and made it easy and enjoyable. I have have owned Infiniti's for years and initially went to an Infiniti dealership as I was trading an Infiniti and was interested in a G37 Convertible. Much to my disappointment, I seemed to receive the typical runaround during that visit. I made an appointment with Ryan to look at the A5 Cabriolet and was sold from the moment I got to the dealership. Ryan knew the product from top to bottom, he was patient and helpful as my wife and I asked questions and never once did we feel pressured. I am not a person who buys a car on the first visit and Ryan and his Manager Tony Ricciardulli understood my position and did everything in their power to provide information to help me make an informed decision. With the information they gave me and with the help of a few more phone calls we were able to make a deal. The delivery of the A5 was just as positive as my buying experience. Once again, Ryan went through the car from top to bottom with my wife and me. We were introduced to the service team and even made a first service appointment for February 2014. We were also introduced to the GM at Crown Audi. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was exceptionally friendly!
