I was very impressed with the look of the Audi A5. I requested information online with Crown Audi to get everything I needed before I took a trip over to see it in person. Dealing with Dan and Crown Audi was a great overall experience. I have bought serveral cars over the years and I have to rate this experience as one of the best. We recently bought my wife a new car a few weeks ago from another dealer and the experience was not very pleasant but it was a car that she really wanted so we really had no choice. The experience with Crown was so much better. I had a simple conversation on the phone with Dan before driving in to make my purchase. They dont play the typical dealer games and as long as you are a reasonable person they will be the same back. What sets Dan out is his willingness to always be reachable. Whether it was after hours, on a weekend, or on his day off he was always in contact me to make sure I was completely satisified with my vehicle. I am one that likes to change cars pretty often so going forward all of my purchases will be made with Dan at Crown. This dealership just gets it and is all about the customer experience. Even the finance manage was a pleasure to deal with. Usually they always try and pressure you with the add ons after the sale but this time they didnt. They did explain my options and asked if I was interested but when I said no thanks they kept going on with the sale without pressuring or asking why not. Thanks to everyone at Crown for their professionalism and thanks to Dan for being great to deal with. Hope to be back in a few years to do the process all over again. More

Being that i called him over and over again asking him so many different questions regarding the car George Rangelov; he has the patience of a saint. Being that i called him over and over again asking him so many different questions regarding the car and price, and he always answered all of them with no problem and he always took the time to make sure i understood everything. On the day of purchase I was in and out within an hour. He made things fast and easy. George also made sure before i drove off the lot that I knew how to use every function the car had to offer. He even went out of his way to find stations I liked on my satellite radio. I have purchased cars in the past at different dealerships, but by far Crown Audi has been my best experience, and definitely George Rangelov is the one to go to when buying a car! Thanks again. This was an extremely pleasant experience, from the minute I walked into the showroom until I drove off with my beautiful new Audi. George Rangelov, my sales rep was very professional and highly knowledgeable! He took plenty of time to walk around the parking lot, so I could see all the cars and view my possible choices. We went on test drives with different vehicles so I could get a good feel for the particular car. George explained in detail the many functions the car was capable of. He connected my iPhone to the Audi which was very impressive. I was able to listen to my personal radio station live from Hamburg Germany through the car's speakers! WOW!!! I loved it. When the first car I choose could not get the financing I required, George worked diligently to find me the right fit! Only a few days later, he sent me a photo of another Audi and that was the car I actually purchased. I am VERY happy with my new Audi and will highly recommend this dealership and especially George Rangelov who is a caring professional who never stopped working until I had the new car I desired!
