I have worked with David before, on several vehicle purchases, and have always found his demeanor and product knowledge to be outstandi outstanding. Ryan quickly took my car around to the service department for me where Mandy Walters was waiting. Mandy went above and beyond in making sure I was taken care of right away. Ryan Sanders, in Sales, always goes above and beyond in answering my 101 questions with a smile and the patience of Job himself. From the actual purchase to servicing...both Ryan and Mandy rock it at a 10 in my book. A short time later, I walked out with an awesome new Audi coffee mug and a new appreciation for green beans. I am the guy who hates auto shops but I must say I was so impressed with Shawn Henson and his honest, no pressure, informative approach for service. Even when we returned and waited to pick up I observed him helping a woman prioritizing repairs needed and helping her making a plan.
