I give Crown Audi an ALL 5 rating because ,honestly, buying my Audi Q7 has been the best car buying and car service experience I have had in years. Ryan quickly took my car around to the service department for me where Mandy Walters was waiting. Mandy went above and beyond in making sure I was taken care of right away. Ryan Sanders, in Sales, always goes above and beyond in answering my 101 questions with a smile and the patience of Job himself. From the actual purchase to servicing...both Ryan and Mandy rock it at a 10 in my book. A short time later, I walked out with an awesome new Audi coffee mug and a new appreciation for green beans. We just purchased our second Audi from Joel Tolle and Crown Audi. They did an excellent job yet again ! Ryan showed exemplary knowledge of the vehicle I was interested in and answered every question. He was courteous to both my son and I and explained every step of the purchase process. I was in with my father while he was dropping his car off for service. I am the guy who hates auto shops but I must say I was so impressed with Shawn Henson and his honest, no pressure, informative approach for service. Took my vehicle in for service (35k) Was greeted by Parker Maraventano. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He took in the vehicle right away and i was in a loaner vehicle within 10 min of my arriva Parker Maraventano. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He took in the vehicle right away and i was in a loaner vehicle within 10 min of my arrival. Within 45 Minuits Parker had contacted me with an update on my vehicle and some minor repairs that were recommended by him. I will deferentially be returning to this dealership to see Parker again.
