I started off with a less than stellar impression of the dealership as a whole, but both Majd Alawad and Michael Massoud went way above and beyond to change my opinion and make sure my wife and I were (and dealership as a whole, but both Majd Alawad and Michael Massoud went way above and beyond to change my opinion and make sure my wife and I were (and still are) happy with our purchase. I have never been to a dealership or dealt with anyone in car sales that went so out of their way to make sure I was getting the best service possible. In fact, it was so easy and enjoyable, that I am having a hard time containing myself from running back and picking up a new e-Tron for myself. I know where I will be starting next time I am in the market for a vehicle. More
Deeply disappointed! When I bought my car, there was issue with starting Apple Carplay and the dealership told me this just needs to get an update and I can get it don When I bought my car, there was issue with starting Apple Carplay and the dealership told me this just needs to get an update and I can get it done at any Audi dealership. In 3-4 weeks I booked an appointment in Audi Fletcher Jones who fixed it but told me my front wheel rotors are damaged and need to be changed immediately, and Audi Calabasas should have checked it before selling it. I also bought the Platinum Maintenance package as per Audi Calabasas' recommendation. But after reaching out to the dealership multiple times and explaining that I haven't even driven 1000 miles, so the rotor damage does not make sense, all they said is I have to get it changed at my expense. I was not expecting to spend $1k within a month and under 1000 miles of driving after buying the maintenance package. I feel cheated :( More
