Quick and easy! Super easy to set up an appointment online after hours. I stopped in the next morning and met with Lindsey who was very polite and helpful. Unlike the service advisors at another Audi dealer in the area, Lindsey didn't scoff and give me attitude when I declined the 75k mile service. She presented me with my options and let me decide what services I would like to have done. I got an oil change, fuel filter change, and the airbag recall done and was out of there in just over 2 hours. Which is lightning fast compared to most dealers. I even got an unexpected complimentary car wash which my car definitely needed. Thanks again Lindsey! I gotta dock the service guys a star cause they didn't reset the oil change and service notification... It wouldn't even be a big deal if Audi didn't get stupid and require a computer to reset it. More
