They listen I had an appointment to test drive a Q5- as beautiful as it was ... it felt too big for me. I explained my concerns... which were more than the size. Shawn listen to what I was saying... more than that he heard me... in a way I didn't even know I was expressing. He then said to me: 'I am going to suggest something, please just hear me out. He suggested a Q3 that was fully equipped, the last 2017 they had. He suggested I test drive it" I trusted him and did just that. The Q3 felt 'right'. (In my mind, I was sure it was going to be too small.) It's been almost a month now- I absolutely love my car! I had been to other dealerships prior to my visit to Audi Calabasas- those experiences left me untrusting of the purchasing process and satisfied that I had not bought a new car. At Audi Calabasas I was seen, heard and treated respectfully. I felt like we all came out winners. A really good feeling. I was treated respectfully. More

Excellent Service by Scott Gomez I got a yellow engine light notification on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and Audi Calabasas was the closest dealership. Even though I had never been serviced there before and it was a holiday weekend, Scott quickly wrote me up and provided me with a loaner. Most importantly, he communicated with me throughout that day and coming days about the status of the car. Scott has a very personable way in his dealings and he comes across as very trustworthy. While I was not pleased with having to pay for an unexpected repair, I believe the price was fair and it certainly was no fault of Audi Calabasas. I was very pleased with the experience. More

Quick and easy! Super easy to set up an appointment online after hours. I stopped in the next morning and met with Lindsey who was very polite and helpful. Unlike the service advisors at another Audi dealer in the area, Lindsey didn't scoff and give me attitude when I declined the 75k mile service. She presented me with my options and let me decide what services I would like to have done. I got an oil change, fuel filter change, and the airbag recall done and was out of there in just over 2 hours. Which is lightning fast compared to most dealers. I even got an unexpected complimentary car wash which my car definitely needed. Thanks again Lindsey! I gotta dock the service guys a star cause they didn't reset the oil change and service notification... It wouldn't even be a big deal if Audi didn't get stupid and require a computer to reset it.
