Do not do business with “Hemi” Do NOT do business with "HEMI". This is the worst customer service experience I have had in my entire life. I was working with this guy and it was all Do NOT do business with "HEMI". This is the worst customer service experience I have had in my entire life. I was working with this guy and it was all fine and I was about to purchase a vehicle until he gave me incorrect information regarding APR. He blamed it on his manager and then once I told him I was going to reconsider my purchase he cursed me out over the phone. Told me he "didn't have the xxxxing patience to deal with me" and "go F-Myself" and threatened me down the phone. All because of a sale! He managed to do all this on his day off too. I have been in contact with his sales manager and I will be taking this incident further. What a pathetic person this "Hemi" guy is! As if this wasn't bad enough he also uses horrible sales tactics. In order to close the sale quickly he sent me a picture of another customer without their consent and told me that another man was trying to buy my car. I mean who violates a paying customers privacy by taking pictures of them behind their backs, creepy and unprofessional! More
