Got help from a surprising place I never really knew that Audi had a Brooklyn dealer as I usually go to Audi Manhattan. recently purchased a car from Manhattan but nothing was working I never really knew that Audi had a Brooklyn dealer as I usually go to Audi Manhattan. recently purchased a car from Manhattan but nothing was working or connecting and my sales rep was no help. Went to service in Brooklyn and they sent me to the showroom to speak with a gentleman named Will. Will is a technology specialist at the showroom and was SUPER helpful. He not only showed me how to connect to wifi and the audi connect services. He went over all of my questions and displayed features of the car i didn't even know about. It felt like this was truly what he enjoyed doing. The front desk receptionist Vicki was a pleasure as well. I wish I purchased from Audi Brooklyn but certainly next time. More

CPO lies & fraud, CPO lies. My CPO turned out to have damage from the year before I got it. I was shown a clean carfax and ensured that the 300 point inspection would CPO lies. My CPO turned out to have damage from the year before I got it. I was shown a clean carfax and ensured that the 300 point inspection would have caught any thing. In addition to being told that its 100 % guaranteed that any car sold under the CPO program has not had damage or accidents. This is sad I have Always bought cars in the VW family ( Audi's and VW's) But this has turned me off to them. I was in the market to buy a New car when my car appraisal turned up that a accident occurred in 2014 when i had bought the car CPO in 2015. Cant trust these guys. More

Terrible Experience The sales manager Sonny has to be the most horrible human to ever exist. He was beyond rude, accused us of being uneducated and fitting the profile of The sales manager Sonny has to be the most horrible human to ever exist. Any question I had was met with attitude, he would always speak over me, never allowing me the chance to finish my statement. The finance manager messed up our contract and was almost reluctant to give us a new one. Things got so bad we had to get their corporate office involved to investigate. More

Excellent service! First time at Audi Brooklyn (to take care of the Audi recalls) and the service was EXCELLENT. I use to take my car to Audi of Meadowlands (where I pur First time at Audi Brooklyn (to take care of the Audi recalls) and the service was EXCELLENT. I use to take my car to Audi of Meadowlands (where I purchased the car) and the service there was horrible. I'd rather drive to Brooklyn for their EXCELLENT service. It's worth the drive. Honest, Friendly, and Efficient It wouldn’t be possible to put in a short review just how wonderful the team at Audi Brooklyn Service truly is. Everyone from the valets, to the tech It wouldn’t be possible to put in a short review just how wonderful the team at Audi Brooklyn Service truly is. Everyone from the valets, to the techs, to the management team is friendly and helpful. Unlike other dealership service centers when you pull into Audi Brooklyn you are greeted promptly by a valet who takes your information, puts seat, floor, and steering wheel protection in your car, and then shows you to the waiting room. While waiting there is always an ample supply of snacks, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and small foods to hold you over. The service writers here are always honest with their assessment of what your car will need. They won’t sell you up on unneeded add-ons or made up problems. If a larger problem should arise during the life of your car the team here will do everything possible to make it right from scheduling a loaner car, to proving updates while your car is in the shop, and even making sure your car is cleaned and shining like new before you pick it up. They basically won’t let you leave unhappy. More
