LIARS - STAY AWAY FRAUD ALERT Steer clear of Audi Brooklyn. They practice fraudulent advertising. I'm in the market for a new car and have been perusing dealer website FRAUD ALERT Steer clear of Audi Brooklyn. They practice fraudulent advertising. I'm in the market for a new car and have been perusing dealer websites to check out their inventory. I found a car that I was interested in at Audi Brooklyn. They had is listed as a "Pre-Owned Lease Special". I went into the dealership over the weekend and after taking a test drive I was ready to make the deal. The salesman went to talk to the sales manager and then he came back and told me the price for that was listed on the website was a mistake. The sales manager then came over and told me the price listed on their website was an error and they will not honor it. The general manager called to tell me that if I wanted the car it would be $400 a month more than the advertised price. I was livid. The "error" had been on the website for several days. In fact, As of noon today the "error" still hadn't been corrected. I went to file a complaint with Better Business and saw that Audi Brooklyn has a history of fraudulent advertising and has a big fat F rating. It's places like Audi Brooklyn Audi that give car dealers a bad name. If you are in the market for an Audi, do yourself a favor a go to one of the reputable dealers such as Bieiner or Audi of Manhattan. More

I was informed at the dealer by a sales manager that the price was incorrectly listed and they would not honor the listed advertised price on the vehicle. Since the mistake was on their end, they should have done the correct thing and honored the price listed. All I was told was sorry tough luck. This dealer has so many complaints lodged against them with the Better Business Bureau, DO NOT do business with this dealership. Go to other Audi dealership's that are more honest and deserve your business. More
