I was told by servic In May 2019, I brought my Audi Q5 in to Bridgewater Audi for a major routine service. I was not having problems with my vehicle. I was told by service that I had a coolant leak that would cost almost $3000 to repair, but it didn’t require immediate attention. Since the vehicle is a 2011 with just over 100,000 miles, I told them not to do the repair at the time, as we might consider trading in the car. Driving home, my car stunk of burning coolant. It was so severe that when I put my car in the garage and went into the house, it stunk in the house. I had never experienced that smell before. I went to drive to work that Monday morning and, for the first time, I had a warning for immediate service for low coolant. I drove straight to the dealer (5 minutes away), they put in coolant, and I went to work. Then my husband and I spoke to one of the service guys and then I spoke to the service manager, Peter. We tried to understand how there was no evidence of a leak in our garage, no former experience of the smell, no previous warning light and need to replace coolant before this service and what had happened. They said they’d check the car. When I went to pick it up, they handed me pictures of coolant dripping from an engine. They offered, due to our upset, to split the cost of the repair. I just took the car home. Now, almost 3 months later, there has been no smell, no leaks in my garage, and no need to replace coolant. I called Peter, the service manager, and asked him to please explain. In a derogatory, he said that this may be difficult for me to understand. I explained that I was a physician, was pretty good at science, and, despite being a female with limited car knowledge, I could probably get it. He said that sometimes there’s a leak and then the coolant congeals (he used a similar word) and it self repairs. I asked him if they fill the coolant on routine service. He said, of course. So I said you mean that at service they filled my coolant, it all poured out with a severe leak over that weekend, and then it miraculously self repaired. He said it was unusual but apparently that’s what happened. He then asked what I was complaining about if I no longer had a leak. I asked to understand this sudden stink, lack of coolant, and no further problem. His response, “I don’t know what you want.” This is supposed to be a luxury car and a luxury dealership. I do not trust this dealership. In addition, Peter speaks down to women and is not interested in customer satisfaction, nor was his miracle explanation plausible. I will not be getting another Audi as Bridgewater Audi is my local dealership. I will advise others against patronizing this dealership as well. More

Being Indian they completely were very rude and constantly telling me that why I need to have loaner when my car is in service with them, then asked me the question. at the same time another person who was white getting service done and having loaner was treated with so much respect and no question asked. Due to the way they have treated me in the past 1 year I do not want to buy audi ever and will ask all of my friends never to go to them. They lost many costumers due to the rude behavior of theirs. Also the finance manger was also very nice and professional. We started negotiating the vehicle. I had a trade in which they tried to low ball me 2015 MDX at 17 grand and some change when I was just offered 21500 at another dealer. We finally came to a deal with the trade but they were only willing to drop less than five hundred off asking even though I had found the exact vehicle online for a cheaper price and a best equipped one for about the same price they were selling me this one. When I presented them with the other offers they gave me a song and dance and offered only another three hundred bucks off. Wow. I was once in the car sales business so I know what the sales person was going through. He wasted his day with me just to see a sale that was 80% there walk out the door. We had ran credit and all except sign paper work. I’m not going to bash the dealership because that’s not me. The salesman and finance personnel were great but tomorrow I’m looking at one better equipped for the same price they were willing to drop this vehicle. Things happen for a reason in life. I understand it’s a business but when I did sales I would do my best to keep my customer. I told the salesman that if they didn’t give me a good deal I would go near my house to another Audi dealership and his response was I won’t have to. Not a bad place but be ready to haggle over a few bucks. The reason I gave them an average rating is because they let a deal walk over a few bucks. Plus for the competition I guess. More

The Internet sales associate, Sandy Diaz & the Brand Specialist, Maxine Durbetaki made my purchase a smooth and quick one. The thing that impressed me the most is that I bought a $10k used vehicle and they treated me like I was purchasing a car that's over $100k. It seems that they treat all the customers with respect & without any stress or pressure. I can't say enough great things about my experience. I highly recommend them to anyone locally or remotely. Test drove the car and explained the type of lease payment, tax paid up front, etc. Salesman asks if I am prepared to buy the car today and I respond with a yes, provided the deal is good. Like all car sales, he retreats to the manager's office and after a time comes back with the "offer" of the car at list price. Ridiculous. I explained that I was not angry with the salesperson, but that this particular Audi dealer was just a typical low brow dealer who wanted to go through all the contortions that people hate when buying a car. I got up and left and told the salesperson that I did not do business that way and asked why he questioned if I was interested in buying the car today (which I was) if his "deal" was MSRP. I was even a return customer from the dealership that Bridgewater Audi took over for. The manager called me back as I was driving out of the parking lot, trying to salvage the sale. I explained that I do not do business with people whose business practice works that way. I have since dealt with another agency with whom I will buy the car this week. I'm not sure who the owner group of this place is but they have serious reason to be concerned. More

He went over and above on multiple occasions to immediately address a few warranty-related issues I had with my RS5. Recently, he even helped me address & correct alignment and vibration issues caused by an outside tire dealer when I was in for warranty services. Also, George (the shop foreman) also personally came out and explained what my problems were and how they should be addressed for best performance. My car now runs like it's on rails! I highly recommend this dealership! More

Our salesman, Arthur Dilworth, was knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. We had specific requirements for the vehicle, which necessitated Arthur having to search to find the exact car we wanted. He kept me updated on a virtually daily basis on the search and patiently answered all of our questions. Audi Bridgewater gave us a price we were comfortable with and everyone we dealt with at the dealership was friendly and professional. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from them and stongly recommend asking for Arthur if you visit the dealership. More

My wife and I put a deposit down on a used car only to have them call us back to tell us the car has been sold but to "accommodate us" we could pick a new car off the lot at the same price we would be getting the used car at. My wife and I rushed to the dealership, picked out our new car, went through all the paperwork, signed over the title, credit check, etc. only to find out that they were charging us $10k more than they originally said. A few days later, we saw the used car we originally put the deposit down on was still being listed. When confronted about this, the GM informed us this is a sales tactic they commonly use. BUYERS BEWARE, these guys are slimy car salesmen!!! More
