If you want a sales person with great knowledge about Audi's or any car he's your guy. I can not speak highly enough about the man. He was personable, knowledgeable, and attentive. I went in with a interest rate from my bank & he got me a better rate. The price of the car i felt was a great deal & that i wasn't being raked over the coals. He went over all of the technology with me and showed me how to work it, not once but twice.....said he was going to quiz me when i came back to pick up the plates. He went over all aspects of the car. He really develops a relationship with his clients, your not just a sale. After I picked up the car he called once I got home even though it was his day off. It was just an overall great experience. Highly recommended I have had the car for two days & i am glad i didn't settle for just any car. More

Met with Yuri, who was friendly, humorous and entertaining, yet professional, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Yuri introduced us to several of his colleagues during the course of our meeting, and all of them were friendly. Based on our experience today, we would definitely do business with Yuri and Audi of bridge water again. More
Best Car Buying Experience! I just leased a 2017 A7 from Audi Bridgewater and it was the best experience I have had at a car dealer. I have had Mercedes, Lexus, Volvo, Infinity I just leased a 2017 A7 from Audi Bridgewater and it was the best experience I have had at a car dealer. I have had Mercedes, Lexus, Volvo, Infinity and others but have never had an Audi. I had specific options in mind and Janet, the General Manager, personally helped track down the perfect vehicle for me and gave me an incredible deal. Christie, the Finance Manager, made the finance/purchase process seamless as I was trying to decide whether to lease or purchase. She took the time to explain and compare each option with me. She also explained the various warranties that were available. I have had terrible luck with potholes and have gone through 4 tires on my previous car so the Road Hazard protection was a must with the 20" rims on this car. My salesman, Jeff was very knowledgeable about the car. There is a tremendous amount of technology in this vehicle and he took the time to answer all of my questions while delivering the car. Overall, this is the best, most professional car dealership I have ever dealt with. I love the Audi brand now and highly recommend the brand and this dealership. More

Both Ziad and Steve were friendly, professional and knowledgable without making us feel pressured. Once we decided on a vehicle, the negotiation was direct and they made the deal work at a price that we were happy with, all without pressure or car sales nonsense. We highly recommend Ziad, Steve and Audi Bridgewater if you are in the market for an Audi, More

I was very impressed that thy were willing to give me a loaner first thing, no questions asked, which did make a huge difference in having my car serviced as I didn't have another to get to work with at the time. Check engine light was on and the car was running at a very low performance, dropped it off, they found the problem, part had to to be ordered, no big thing, I understood. A week later, by fault of both of us in missed calls the car was done. Stopped by , picked it up, lofe was good! A day later the check engine light was back on! Long story short, I had a loaner from late Nov (2014) thru March (2015) while my car was with them! I had it a total of no more than 2 weeks during that time that the check engine light actually stayed off! I did get a chance to test drive the A3 (liked it), A4 (it was OK, mine was an A4) and the Q5 (did not like at all) for a long period of time for each though. In the end I worked with both Michelle and Eric, both very nice people to work with, but $6k later, I got the feeling that the main goal was to frustrate me enough that I would buy something new rather than maintain what I had. I will say my car was not maintained up to Audi standards all the time, but if they wanted me as a customer for even just repairs, I never got that warm fuzzy feeling that they wanted to satisfy me 100%. This review is a bit late, but after each service I did get there survey about my experience and in a number of them the last question was do you want to be contacted by a Audi USA representative, and I marked yes, and never was! Wanted to buy a car, but the Dealer wasn't interested! It was a weird experience. I was in the market fr a new diesel vehicle. Stopped by at this dealer, as I was in the area. The Sales Consultant Jeff Bas It was a weird experience. I was in the market fr a new diesel vehicle. Stopped by at this dealer, as I was in the area. The Sales Consultant Jeff Bassett, who greeted me when I walked in did a great job identifying my needs and finding a match in the Dealer's inventory. In fact they had two identical cars. Both Q7s with the same option packages, color, interior, etc. The only difference was that one had 1,200 mi and the other one was brand spanking new. The one with mi was "certified" and had extended warranty. And that was the one caught my eye. They didn't have it on the lot (it was at their other location) and Jeff arranged somebody to bring it over. In the meantime I had my trade in apraised, called my bank to find out what kind of a interest they could give me if I chose to finance it through them and not through Audi. I really thought that I would buy that vehicle. As part of the process, which I am sure everyone can relate to, Jeff introduced me to his manager James Deutschkron, who had something to do with appraising my trade and we started talking more specifically about what it would take me to drive home in a new Audi that day. The car was around $60K and it was a serious buy. I had never had an Audi before and because my wife would also be driving that vehicle I wanted her to be comfortable with my decision as well. So, I was really in the mood to buy a car. I really wanted to buy that Q7. I went back home, took my "better half" and brought her over to the Dealer to test drive the car. She did. And she loved it. She and I talked and we decided to go for the one with the mi, as we wanted extended warranty and didn't really mind that the car had been a Dealer's "loaner" for 6 or so months. We also didn't mind the fact that it was an outgoing model, as Audi will introduce a new Q7 later this year. So we thought that considering that vehicle being a "de-juro" pre-owned, a Diesel (it is no secret that Diesels don't really sell well in the good old US of A), and an older model, we would take it home that day. I called the bank and asked them to have a Cashier's check ready as everything was going so well. But it turned out to be too early to open up Champaign! To my regret the Dealer didn't want to sell to me the vehicle I wanted (!!!!). For some weird reason the price of the car with miles on it was higher than that of a new one. We made our offer and really thought that the Dealer will accept it, based on everything that had happened that day. By the time we sat down to talk numbers the manager James had left for the day. Jeff introduced me to another manager Brian Hill. But he didn't want to negotiate anything. I don't know why but he didn't seem to be really interested in moving that vehicle. He didn't even make a country offer. It looked like the price of that car was "set in stone". He shook our hands and said "Good BYE" (not a "Good BUY!"). We left. I thought I would bring home an Audi that day. Man supposes - God disposes! If you visit that Dealer look up Jeff. He is a knowledgeable guy, who knows everything about Audi and how they compare to other vehicles. I bought a brand new Mercedes ML with more options than that Q7 and an extended warranty package (I put a lot of miles on my vehicles and always buy that). My new ML with 0 mi and its 5years/100,000 mi warranty was less money than that "pre-owned" Q7. Thank you, Brian! More
