I just compl I am not a person that does many online reviews but I am compelled to do this one because of my recent experience at Audi of Bridgewater. I just completed a lease of an Audi SQ5. After having visited a couple of other area Audi dealers I walked away frustrated having to deal with people that just were not very helpful. So I emailed the internet sales person at Bridgewater Audi and he asked me to come in. He introduced me to Jessica McNamara and together with the sales manager James Deutschkron we arrived at a fair price. These people are friendly, ethical, and understand relationship building. I will recommend them to my friends and family. The new dealership has an open design that looks like an airplane hanger. Very good vibe all around. More

Jeff is the UN-Salesman who Got my last Audi from Jeff Bassett at another Audi dealership, but drove >6-hours round trip to do another deal with him. Jeff is the UN-Salesman who genuinely cares about his client's needs... before, during, AND after the sale! From getting to know his buyers (and their families), Jeff is intent on getting you in the vehicle that suits YOU best. Of course he'll always ensure your best deal & knows product better than anyone, but he'll also follow-up post-deal making sure you're still happy with both the vehicle AND his dealerships service. This guy remembers everything and actually pushed his former dealership to honor a verbal commitment they failed to remember. Ethical, smart, and just a decent guy who was formerly a downsized manager (in an industry that was failing quickly as a result of technological advances), Jeff will always get my business whatever he might be "selling." Suffice to say, I could not possibly offer a more sparkling recommendation for this fine gentleman! As for Audi Bridgewater... Everyone was friendly, professional, and accommodating. My single visit was highly-positive... brisk and uneventful. They have a vast inventory, the showroom is immaculate, and the Financial Services Manager is a terrific gent as well... competent, friendly, and NOT pushy! Net-net... Great dealership, Great car buying experience Audi Bridgewater made buying my A6 an enjoyable experience. I was greeted immediately and welcomed. Zaneta, my saleswoman, got to know me and what my Audi Bridgewater made buying my A6 an enjoyable experience. I was greeted immediately and welcomed. Zaneta, my saleswoman, got to know me and what my car interests were. She is very knowledgable in the Audi brand. She located several cars for me to view. During and after my purchase she made sure I was familiar with the car I was buying. She spent a lot of time with me going over the car's features. She also arranged for me to meet with Farid. He helped me make some personal adjustments to the car. Michael, in finance, made that part of the deal as painless as possible. When I entered his office, all the paperwork was ready to be signed. He even called me back the next day to inform me I was entitled to a package that became available after my deal was made. The managers at this dealership are hands on and available to answer any questions. They also made an effort to get to know me and my car needs. She made me feel comfortable and worked with me to help me get the right car and the right price. I was torn between the S6 and the A6 and she spent a significant amount of time letting me drive both cars and helped me make my decision. I ended up getting a 2016 A6 and love every second of driving the car. All dealership staff is knowledgable and works with you. Will definitely get more cars from them. More

didn't expect to get a car On my way home from another dealership and judging by the deal i was offered (which was horrible - Fullerton Ford, avoid them at all cost, complete cr On my way home from another dealership and judging by the deal i was offered (which was horrible - Fullerton Ford, avoid them at all cost, complete crooks), i drove by the Audi Bridgewater dealership. I remembered from a previous visit how great the sales people were so I decided that me and my daughter (who is 8) stop in. From the first minute i walked in, everybody made us feel welcome and were absolutely incredible with my daughter (who may have a job there in the future). I worked both with Jeff Bassett and Madison Kircher. I would highly recommend working with either of them, both were incredible nice and were eager to help me make a deal that worked for me, rather then attempting to make a deal that makes more sense and gains them more money. Both were very knowledgeable and again, incredibly friendly and not pushy in the least I went into the dealership figuring i would get turned away due to my circumstances, but within 2 hours i was driving home in my new car, which i would have never imagined would be as easy as they made it. To sum my experience up, i had an anxious 8 year old with me at the dealship for hours, and not once did she complain, nor did I. they entire workforce at this dealership was incredible and i will continue to be a customer for as long as i can work with people such as Jeff and Madison. More
