I have purchased many vehicles in my life, but this was so pleasant and so easy. The people were extremely friendly and courteous. They were on top of everything! They did not pressure me at all into buying something I didn't want. Hannah was so nice. She let me drive every car I wanted to drive and gave me great information about each one. I didn't have to wait for hours to buy the vehicle. They had everything done for me when I came in after work to pick up the car. All I had to do was sign the papers, and the Manager couldn't have been nicer! Hannah also took the time to show me all of the cool features of my new A4 and get everything set up for me while showing me how to do it. Great, GREAT, GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!
