Our salesman John was wonderful. I would recommend him to anyone purchasing an Audi. He was quite personal and professional. The finance part was very confusing and not forthcoming. They kept saying they were trying to get us the best interest rate but actually got us the highest rate ever!!! I am not happy with that because it was never revealed to us at all. It took 6 hours and we were visited by different people before signing. Though I am quite happy with the automobile I don't feel I received the best interest rate. Sort of feel ripped off because you sign everything on paper except the contract. It is signed on a ipad my attention was not drawn to the rate. That extensively high rate would have been a deal breaker for me as I would have sought other means of financing as I am actively seeking at this time. I have never had a rate this high and am very unhappy with this rate but happy with my car. I feel this most important part of purchasing an automobile could have been more open and honest. More
When I first went to look at cars on "Black Friday", I was looking for a specific feature and model. I don't remember the feature and model but I was told my one sales person that there was not a car wit was looking for a specific feature and model. I don't remember the feature and model but I was told my one sales person that there was not a car with that item. So I pulled the car up on the dealers webpage and asked if they had that car. Shane stepped in and from that point on everything was smooth. While I didn't "buy" that day I knew that when I did buy I wanted to work with him. This last thursday while having my car in for service, I started working with him and I have to say, he was the best "Brand Specialist" I have worked with. I drove home with a new vehicle and haven't looked back. More

The true indication of this company's integrity is how they treat you after your purchase. A vehicle is probably the largest purchase one will make next to a home. As I stated in a previous post, "Audi presents themselves as a high-end luxury class dealership; their service department should, too!" More
