Shane did a great job showing us the available Q7s and he was very helpful during the purchasing process. The reason I did not give 5 stars is that, the process took too long. We were at the dealership for was very helpful during the purchasing process. The reason I did not give 5 stars is that, the process took too long. We were at the dealership for almost 5 hours. I believe the car cleaning/detailing delayed us for about an hour or more. This could have been done while we were talking with the finance department or listening to the different car care options. The lady in finance told us to tell/call them if we would give them any rating lower than 5 stars. I told Shane how displeased we were about the wait (he apologized and told the general manager). He general manager did not check on us or apologize. I over heard another sales person tell other clients he was giving them gas cars becuase they had to wait. I ask Shane if he thought the GM might like to give us gas cards too because we had to wait. Shane went to ask and said the GM said "We don't do that." He said he would put some gas in it at our maintance visit. The last two hours of our time there, I did not feel like a valued customer. I was excited and happy at the beginning of the experience but left the dealership disappointed and a little mad. More
