IM NOT CERTAIN ANYONE WORKS AT THE SERVICE DEPT. - ALL OUT OF PATIENCE ON A SIMPLE DIESEL SENSOR. MOST INFURIATING IS TRYING TO SPEAK TO A PERSON THAT HAS ANY ANSWERS. AS SIMPLE AS “when can you fix my OUT OF PATIENCE ON A SIMPLE DIESEL SENSOR. MOST INFURIATING IS TRYING TO SPEAK TO A PERSON THAT HAS ANY ANSWERS. AS SIMPLE AS “when can you fix my car? How long will it take? its a repair I was told had been done in December - nah, didn’t replace and the “repair” lasted less than 2 tanks of fuel. My Audi does a really “not cool” auto shut down of systems if this sensor isn’t working. - Aaaassrrtthhghhh!!! Frustrating and there’s no other choice for Audi service in BHM. More

New Audi Q5 with 1481 miles stalled due to drive system malfunction. Car purchased from dealership but dealer not really interested in transporting car back to dealership. Had a window issue with my Q5 . Called the service dept they told me to bring it by . I was prepared for a painfully long wait. To my surprise the motor in my window was repaired and i was out of there in they told me to bring it by . I was prepared for a painfully long wait.
