My husband and I both have nothing but nice things to say about Kelly Misso. Kelly came in on his day off to help me with the sale. Even though Hanna and I had just meet for the first time, we talked as if about Kelly Misso. Kelly came in on his day off to help me with the sale. Even though Hanna and I had just meet for the first time, we talked as if we were old high school friends that hadn't seen each other in years. If and when I do get a new Audi, I will definitely be going back to Audi of Birmingham. More

Matt Damon, along with the general sales manager, and the finance manager were my primary contacts and all were customer focused and very helpful. They took care of a few issues and also arranged for delivering the vehicle to my home in Kennesaw, GA. A win-win experience. More

I couldn't be more thankful for the help and assistance that Johnathan provided at Audi Birmingham. He was very knowledgable and proficient in securing the safe delivery of my daughter's Q3 to PA. Not to m that Johnathan provided at Audi Birmingham. He was very knowledgable and proficient in securing the safe delivery of my daughter's Q3 to PA. Not to mention, the team members took the time out of their busy day to shuttle my daughters to the airport for their flight home. This goes beyond the typical scope of any dealership. THANK YOU! They have removed both of my reviews from Google. Extremely disappointing and by far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Would give zero stars if I could- do not purchase a car from Extremely disappointing and by far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Would give zero stars if I could- do not purchase a car from here if you care about customer service. The service department is beyond horrible and has been EVERY time I have needed service. Took a month of me continually calling to learn that my part had been in for a while (they initially told me it would take two days). Was then told by service advisor Marc Scott that they couldn't return any of my calls because "they just have too many customers". Requested both the general manager and service manager but, once again, never got a callback. If this wasn't warranty work I would have gone elsewhere from the beginning. We have gotten three cars from here with Casey & Jonathan but may not consider Audi in the future. Edit: Thank you, Jonathan, for reaching back out to me to try and correct these issues moving forward. Unfortunately, I had more issues with service today (Thursday, May 13th). They did not seem to really know how long it would take to fix my part and upon arrival (40 minutes after they called and said my car was completely done and ready to be picked up), I was then informed that they had not even finished washing it yet. Spoke to the general manager, Daniel, who told me that "they just sometimes get behind". On top of that, my car was still dirty and had bird poop on it after the "wash". We will not be purchasing cars from Audi of Birmingham in the future and I have made a complaint with their corporate office. More
Unfortunately the quality of this place has gone downhill in the last few years, especially this year for me I scheduled a 75000 mi service appointment for my 2008 TT and when I arrived, the service rep sa in the last few years, especially this year for me I scheduled a 75000 mi service appointment for my 2008 TT and when I arrived, the service rep said they couldn't see my appointment. Hard to believe since I had been getting reminder texts and emails leading up to the appointment date and time. So they say they can work it in. Great. When the job is done I go to pay and the service rep says they didn't have the right transmission fluid to complete the service and I can make an appointment to finish it at a later date. I live 2 hours away and this is the closest Audi place to me. I assume they didn't have the right fluid due to not seeing my appointment to order ahead of time. Crappy. So I reschedule because I have no other choice. A few weeks before my appointment to finish my 75000 mi service, my TT throws a p0170 code. I call and ask if they can check it out while I'm getting my service done. Service rep says can do. Great. So I arrive at Audi and my appointment is in the system this time. Service gets finished and I get the estimate for investigating the p0170 code. Service is $0 because I paid for it on the last visit, but the estimate for the code (mechanic note says could be many things but will start with replacing easy stuff like the n80 valve) is about $5300. $5300!? An N80 valve is a $30 part! I can understand a dealership markup but this is insane. I go to the service desk and ask how is it so expensive. The service rep shows me there's actually 2 parts they want to replace. The N80 valve for about $50 and a hose that connects to it for $5300. A hose for $5300!! I ask how on earth it could be that much. No individual part on this car is worth $5000 brand new! The service rep starts talking about how it has some special heat resistance or something. Basically BSing me. I can understand trying to defend their dealer markup but this is blatantly wrong. I tell him to get the mechanic to explain to me how this hose could be so expensive. He goes back to the mechanic and comes back saying they updated the price. $53. Much more realistic. Someone had (presumably) accidentally added a couple of numbers to the end of the price. I can understand that this can happen, but when the service rep tried defending that price I found it insulting. I decided to delay replacing the parts since there were a few options that could solve the problem without replacing parts. So I drive home. Fast forward to the next afternoon. I'm driving home from Starkville to Columbus passing a semi going about 70 when I hear (and feel) thump thump thump SCRAAAAPE from the front of my car. I pull over and inspect the front of my car. The engine splash guard has come halfway off and is scraping the road. I am able to push it back into place and start driving again only to have it pop out again at about 25mph. I limp the rest of the 10 miles left to Columbus and pull into an oil change place. I have them look at the splash guard and assess the damage. They say other than the road rash from 10 mi of scraping it's fine and reattach it. It's fine? No stripped screws, no broken plastic fasteners, no missing screws! I know I hadn't run over anything in the 24 hours since leaving the dealership so what could have caused this without any visible damage to how the splash guard was attached? The only thing I can think of is the splash guard was removed during the service on the transmission and not properly secured back before returning it to me. Not a good look for Audi Birmingham. I've tried to contact a service rep over the last day and a half and can't get anyone on the phone. Seriously considering not doing business here ever again. I may just drive the extra half hour and go to Audi Memphis in the future. More
