nuts & bolts, I've been screwed! Purchased my 2011 Q 7 w extended warranty in Atlanta & had trans mission, checked twice because of traction control & jerking when changing gears. No Purchased my 2011 Q 7 w extended warranty in Atlanta & had trans mission, checked twice because of traction control & jerking when changing gears. Nothing supposedly wrong Go on 3000 mile trip with my 82 yr. mother & 2 dogs. Transmission goes out. Warranty has run out! I pay to have my Q 7 towed to Seattle. Bellevue Audi has me pay $ 12 ,000 p;us wait 5 weeks for new transmission to come from Germany & to get my car back! Tells me tough about me having it checked out twice before, with proof of paper work. I get started back home and start to hear rattling noises. I take it to Harmony to have it checked out and all they can say is can't find anything wrong! Go home and take out all your cd's and see if you still hear anything is the advice Harmony gives me! The noise gets worse, so my husband changes the oil & filter and a bolt falls out, plus he tightens up some screws. Take it back to Harmony and we show them our $12,,000 bolt. The other mechanic Brandon finds where it came from puts it back and also found another bolt and fixes it. He also tightens up several loose screws and a clip missing. If he had not found anything related to my transmission it would have cost me another $125. I have had no help from Audi on any kind of reimbursement nor any kind of an apology either. I was told by Harmony if i had brought my broken down vehicle back to them 3000 miles, then it would have given them a chance to fix it REALLY! ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY!!!! There have been sales people concerned for us and feel bad, but that does not help my pocket book nor my feelings! This doesn't include the blower going out on my AC, the latch on my hatchback breaking with my car full of groceries from Sams club in the rain! Have you ever seen a tailgate gorilla taped shut? Nor a glow plug to go out, just a few things that went out under out extended warranty. Not to mention the 2 hr. ride it takes to just get to Harmony & the wait time. They were pleasant then, so why couldn't they find my transmission problem? The mechanic in Seattle said my transmission was a mess and couldn't understand why they couldn't find the problem! More

We especially appreciate the fact that there were no surprises when it came time to pay for the car. The price that we agreed to when the car was special-ordered was all that was due when we picked the car up. Friendly James Lordman helped us decide on the service plan that makes sense for us and processed our paperwork efficiently. Brittany in the service department has been a pleasure to deal with. She is always friendly and helpful. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Harmony. More
Did not fix steering problem. Did not even try Went in for 30.000 mile check up. Also the steering is dead in the center. This is apparently a common problem in Audi A4, A6 and A8 at about 20-30 thousand miles. Explained the steering issue and that it occurs at about 50-60 MPH. The car was not driven and I was told the steering is "up to Audi's standards" This is xx. I was also charged 250+ more than was told.Allegedly for alignment..really?? For an alignment? I am used to Audi of Columbia and they are fantastic. Asheville is average for a large dealership More

vw buy back I unfortunately had one of the diesel vw passats that was entitled to be bought back, but the good news is that it finally happened, as promised. Mark K was extremely helpful with all the paperwork that had to filed, and now I'm the proud owner of an Audi Q3 that I'm loving!! Sorry vw made a huge mistake but I got to upgrade my car because of it. The service has always been great there as well. More
