Easiest car purchase ever My wife wanted a new Audi A 6 and had already test driven the car near home. She knew her desired color combination as well as additional features. No dealership in our area had exactly what she wanted. We decided to try internet sales and we're immediately put to two websites which had her exact match. Neither were near home. I contacted Asheville Audi first by email and got an immediate response by Mr Mark Kaye. The process could not have been easier. We handled all questions by text or email, including best price offer which was very fair. He sent me detailed photos of car, including the MSRP sheet on the window. All concerns were fully addressed. After settling on a price, I offered to send him a credit card down payment. He said it was not necessary and that we should apply for Audi credit, also an on-line process. Within 24 hours we were fully approved and ready to pick-up car. My wife flew to meet me near Charlotte, where I was working, and with our cousins help, drove to pick up car. All paperwork was ready for her signature. She required around 2 hrs of in-servicing on the features. They were extremely patient and thorough. Another positive experience was their elasticity in letting her chose or exchange some already included minor features for another, without hassle or discussion of additional costs. I cannot say enough about the personal touch offered by Mr. Kaye, more neighborly than that of a salesman. More
