Don did a great job giving my wife and I a complete overview of the workings of the car. I had scheduled a 1 PM appointment to sign papers and pickup my car. I was at the dealership for 2 hours and 15 minutes, which was far to long. The reasons why it took 2 hours and 15 minutes to sign papers and pickup the car was; the finance manager was not ready and the detailing department didn't have the car ready. When my wife and I finally got in to sign papers with James, it was a quick and easy process. The detailing department did a below average job on the car. Some basic things missed were wiping an entire door panel down, not just part of it, getting all the bug stains off the grill. Douglas is top notch. The reason I keep coming back to this dealership is the trusted relationships I have with folks like, Douglas, Tim, Brandon, Don and Charlie and the excellent service they provide. More

He was available for numerous calls/texts updates throughout the process and never left us wondering what was happening next. Charlie Schieren made us feel valued and was there every step of the way. And James Lordman had us in and out of the signing process faster than we ever had before! Beautiful vehicle, a joy to drive, and already receiving complements.
