I recently purchased a 2010 A4 from Marcus back in the end of November. I arrived at the dealership late at night (sometime around 8:30) and could not believe that they still had multiple salesman still w end of November. I found my car on the internet and drove down all the way from Fairfield county CT, because they had the best price in the tristate area. From the moment i got there, it was just smooth sailing. Marcus took me for a spin in the car, we went over all aspects of the vehicle including the pre-certified test the car went through, and then Eric, the sales manager, came out to talk business. Within minutes we had the deposit and loan application process underway. Eric seemed to be a great manager, and very sharp for a young guy. He's motivated to move his inventory and he works with every individual buyer. On the finance end, Paul, was a great guy and got me an unreal rate, (3% lower than any other dealership was offering me). Overall, my experience with Atlantic Audi was smooth, clean, and quick. They are a great group of guys, and even though I live quite a distance from the dealership, I will definitely look to them when it comes time to purchase my next vehicle. More

I am a very picky person when it comes to purchasing a vehicle, so ne (Atlantic Audi) I have shopping around for a Used Audi A5 for quite some time.. I am a very picky person when it comes to purchasing a vehicle, so needless to say, I had been mulling it over for over 2 years... Studying market prices, test driving various combinations and years. Looking over reviews.. I have come across various sales people, and various techniques of trying to get me to buy the car on the spot... Needless to say, I was never truly satisfied... That was, Until I went to Atlantic Audi in West Islip... I happened to find a vehicle that seemed to be a great deal, but I still had my reservations... I then went to look at this very sight Dealer Rater, as I know people i the business, and they state that a sales reputation on this site, is the best way to really judge a dealership. I was astounded to see the score... Quite frankly, Higher than Any Audi dealership I had been to in the past 2 years. (And that's allot) Again, I was still skeptical. (James Nolan) I booked an appointment with James Nolan, and decided to give this place a try. When I arrived to this dealership , my mother and I were Greeted Immediately with a warming smile and a "welcome to Atlantic Audi" by a young lady. I was impressed rite away.. I explained that I had an appointment with James and she went to get Mr. Nolan to assist.. James came over to us, and the first thing I noticed was that he was very professionally dressed, and his mannerisms spoke volumes to his profession. His knowledge on Audi was phenomenal. As we went on our test drive, he spoke of Audi as if he was one of the designers. He let me know about the engine, the features, the ease of use, the safety measures that Audi places in each vehicle, James had more knowledge in arsenal than all of the sales people I had dealt with in the past combined... I was impressed.. Even more so that he was only 21, and had this knowledge. add to that, he has only been working for Audi for a few months yet came accross as if hes known Audi his whole life. Best level of sales professionalism I have seen yet, But.. To be totally honest.. The fact that he paid attention to my wants, his professionalism throughout the process and the fact that he always said Yes ma'am and no ma'am to my mother sold me on who he was, and that I could trust him. James was truly the reason that I decided to go forward with my purchase. I never felt that he was trying to sell me the car, but rather, have me understand the company, and why I should choose Audi... My mother also loved James and felt very comfortable with me going forward (She tends to always have a way with reading people) With that said, it was on to the final part and the most hated part for me in the sales process... (Paul Finance Manager) The last time I was in a car finance office, I was literally in a screaming match with a very unprofessional associate over an interest rate.. So needless to say, I had my guards fully up once I entered Paul's office... The odd thing was, Paul was all smiles.. He asked us how we were doing, and extended his knowledge to us.. He knew that I wanted a warranty, but also understood that it would take me over my costs. Paul worked extensively with me, showing me various ways to work out the loan to incorporate the various plans I could choose from. He even helped me out with some wheel locks that I wanted to make sure where on the car. Paul amazed me with the fact that he knew where we were coming from. He explained where he has worked before, and how he is a believer in standing by the company he works for, so he always has a car brand from the dealership he works at. But, overall.. Paul's infectious Smile, and non pushy attitude allowed me to breath much easier at my overall decision with financing this vehicle.. (Overall) My experience at Atlantic Audi was Incredible... I would Highly recommend this dealership to any and everybody that is interested in owning a vehicle. At the end of the day, as a client... You already know what you want... But its the service you receive that will guide you in ultimately making that decision.. This is hands down, the best experience I have ever had at buying a car... One last side note.. As our tech was showing us how to use the Audi's many functions, My mother noticed a small issue with the back seat.. He immediately called over the Manager Paul Cuhna, who came over, viewed the issue, and said they will take care of the issue... No problem.. This, of course was after all paperwork was signed, and the deal was closed... That final touch speaks volumes... Any other dealership would have told me the car was sold as is... This my friends, is Professionalism at its finest Atlantic Audi has gained me for life... More

Dropped car off for service, and an A6 was waiting for me as a loaner. My car was ready on or about 5:00-5:30 P.M. The next day I drove to Audi where my car was waiting for me.
