This visit was the first time I was disappointed. Perhaps things have changed since Justin H. is no longer there. Waiting you had no food, snacks or drinks. I drove all the way to west islip instead of anchor in Lynbrook which is much closer because I've always valued the level of service. Even when I went to the sale room, no one offered to help me. My lease is up soon on my S5 and I'm now considering other deer ships because of this last experience. More
John was fantastic ... I had an issue with a tire reimbursement. fee and he managed to direct me to people who took care of if till I was absolutely satisfied. I am always greeted by courteous and professional employees at this service center. I was checked in as soon as I arrived and was given the loaner vehicle I had requested so I can still make it to wo employees at this service center. Let me just say, that this was the third and last Audi dealership that I visited prior to buying my 2014 S7. I initially went to Huntington and Smithtown prior. Smithtown was good, Huntington was terrible, and West Islip was by far the best. We went on a Friday evening around 6:30pm, and was assisted by James Nolan. James' professionalism, and love for the car and brand is what really drew me in. He was very knowledgable and took the time to really personalize the experience by sharing his own opinions and love for the car. I was originally under the impression that I would have to build and order the car I wanted and would have to wait 5 months before I even got the car (info that I received from Smithtown and Huntington,) but James was able to find the exact car I wanted at another dealer and was willing to drive to Mass. to pick it up for me. I decided on purchasing the s7 that they had in the showroom instead as, this would be a quicker process and I started to fall in love with it the more time I spent with it. When it came down to the financials, James partnered with George who was the Sales Manager on duty. Both James and George were fantastic. They didn't beat around the bush, they were very upfront, and were not pushy at all. I felt I got a good price on my trade in as well, as on the vehicle I purchased. James and George went above and beyond and I would highly highly highly recommend the both of them to do business with. If I could give higher then 5 stars, I absolutely would. I am telling all my friends and family that if you need a new car, to go see James Nolan at West Islip Audi. There is no other person that I would recommend nor would I ever want to do business with. 2 other Audi Brand specialist and dealerships lost my sale and a client, due to lacking the qualities and characteristics James and George hold. In early December, I set out to buy a pre-certified 2013 Audi S4 from an Audi dealer. Apart from finding the right car, it was absolutely essential that the Audi dealer from whom I would make the purchase have a good reputation since I live near Orlando, FL. In late December, I found an S4 for sale online at Atlantic Audi in Long Island, NY at a good price. I then looked up Atlantic Audi at dealerrater.com to assure myself that Atlantic Audi was certified and well rated. The experiences and feedback of customers who had bought Audis from Atlantic Audi was very positive so I decided to move forward. After sending an email inquiry from the Atlantic Audi website, Alex Koszalka called the next day to introduce himself. After verifying that the car met my requirements, he invited me to visit the dealership to examine the car and take a test drive. I was fortunate enough to have a business meeting in New Jersey in early January so I made a date to visit the dealership. Alex was extremely helpful in accommodating my schedule and when we met for the first time, he showed me the S4 then calmly explained all of its features and options without any aggressive sales pitches and pressure tactics. The car looked great and after completing the test drive, we discussed pricing and came to an agreement in a matter of minutes. In the days that followed, we exchanged emails and phone calls about car insurance, getting temporary registration, title, payment, etc. In all cases, Alex was very responsive to my calls and emails. A week later, I travelled to Long Island to close the deal and collect the car, a process that went very smoothly. Alex spent time showing me how to use the MMI and was very thorough going over the car with my wife and I. I drove out of Atlantic Audi feeling very confident that I’d made the right purchase decision from the right Audi dealer and drove back to Florida the next day. I spoke with Alex the next day to let him know that I arrived safely and used the opportunity to get further guidance on using the MMI. Alex’s depth of knowledge, friendly manner and professionalism throughout the sale was the primary contributor to a very positive overall buying experience at Atlantic Audi and is the reason for my high rating. I recommend them to potential Audi buyers. More

My latest A6 purchase, start to finish, was by far the best. I was first contacted by Eric Outcalt in November inquiring about early lease termination options. I very much appreciate this kind of proactive customer service and agreed to visit the dealership to investigate year end specials. Upon arriving at the dealership I was introduced to James Nolan. I explaiined to James my interest to evaluate other Audi models and not necessarily stay with the A6. James arranged to have us test drive several A6, Q5 and A4 models. James spent extra time walking the inventory yard to ensure we selected the right car for our family. Once we made our selection, another A6, James and Eric worked together to meet our monthly budget and resolve any remaining obligations on the existing A6. We then learned the silver metallic color and option package was not available at Atlantic. James personnally drove to another dealership to pick up the A6 so we could pick up the vehicle prior to year end. Delivery day was the day of the snow storm. James called to ask if I wanted to delay pick up. We agreed and James brought the car inside the dealership (and texted me a photo of the car protected inside during the snow storm). We were finally able to pick up the vehicle and were introduced to John the delivery manager. John went over every detail of the new A6 and the Audi Connect system. He was very thorough and spent close to an hour going over the vehicle with my wife and I. More
I went to this dealership with the intention of only browsing cars until I met with Greg. He spent a lot of time with me, showing me the car in detail in the showroom. He pointed out a multitude of features and seemed to understand that safety was part of my concern in choosing a car. We took a nice long test drive where I was not only allowed, but encouraged, to really put the car through its paces. Greg continued to inform me of many different handling features as we were driving. I was very impressed with his depth of knowledge about the vehicle and his professionalism.
