Very pleasant experience. My experience at Atlantic Audi was very pleasant from when I first walked in, to when I drove my car off the lot. The receptionists were very nice. The salesman who helped me, Ben Coopersmith, was very helpful. I went to look at a Volkswagen Beetle and he knew a lot about the car. The test drive went really well. Throughout the process I didn't feel any pressure to make the purchase at all and that I really appreciated. I felt very comfortable talking with Ben. Finalizing everything went smoothly too. Another thing I liked was that everyone I spoke to offered me water or coffee. Also I had my best friend go with me and even though I was making the purchase, he helped me here and there and I liked that the staff didn't ignore him when he gave me advice or had an opinion. I had an experience at another dealer where my friend was asked to leave the office! Overall, my experience at Atlantic Audi was great. The staff made my experience very comfortable and they were genuinely happy that I was buying not just a car, but my dream car! I'd definitely recommend buying a car from here! More
