Lazy tire change I had a flat tire and was told that I only needed one tire. My car is all wheel drive and it was only after I requested the technician double check my I had a flat tire and was told that I only needed one tire. My car is all wheel drive and it was only after I requested the technician double check my remaining tires did they in fact confirm I needed to replace the second tire to match the tread depth. Upon review of my service receipt, I saw that the tread depths of my remaining tires were beyond the acceptable difference level. The technician should not have let me leave without changing all four tires. More

Wonderful Our sales rep, Anna, was wonderful to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we bought and took the time to explain how all the Our sales rep, Anna, was wonderful to work with. My only issue is that there was water stains on the windows. I called Audi immediately and they said that they will fix the problem. Disappointed and let down Sadly I am very disappointed and let down by my visit here. Thought a deal could be made based upon an advertised price but after doing the numbers th Sadly I am very disappointed and let down by my visit here. Thought a deal could be made based upon an advertised price but after doing the numbers they had me paying $2000 more than the price on the website. There were some reasons given for this such as “having” to add in a warranty but that just didn’t add up. When I asked the finance person about the price as advertised he told me the price online “wasn’t really what it is supposed to be” even though advertised on multiple websites at that price. The truth is they were trying to push a warranty on me when I did not want one. The ONLY positive was the sales person, Michael, who was very helpful and friendly and had nothing to do with the price . But the finance team behind the scenes didn’t leave me an honest impression. The finance gentleman also tried telling me as I walked out that their car drove much better than mine, which was on the verge of insulting given my Mercedes is 3 years newer and much more powerful than the Audi I looked at. Not the way to walk out of a dealership, especially an Audi dealership at that which I drove two hours to visit. More
