Even though I drove 2 hours to Athens with a pre-arranged appointment, they did not have the car I wanted to test drive on the lot, and my second choice was not ready. The advisor I dealt with over emails wa appointment, they did not have the car I wanted to test drive on the lot, and my second choice was not ready. The advisor I dealt with over emails was busy so they threw me onto another advisor who had no idea about what I wanted or the numbers I was given over emails and had no customer service skills. To top it off, I replied to the manager's email for feedback and the email was completely ignored, and never even received an apology. The only good client advisor there is Demarcus and everyone else should take some customer service skill lessons from him. Finally, I was asked about extending the warranty on the vehicle I bought, and I agreed, but I was never informed they added $1700 to my loan for the maintenance agreement, which I was never asked if I wanted or explained what it was. Very unprofessional and I will never return to this BMW again. More
