Since we had previously purchased three cars from Athens BMW (all 7 series sedans), I suggested that she test drive the BMW X series. The X1 was too small, the X5 was too big, but the X3 fit her just right. Rick Bythewood was highly knowledgeable about the BMW line and carefully explained the differences among the models. A test drive featuring some maneuvers that demonstrated the stability and safety features of the X3 sold my wife on this model. Rick has a low key manner that is contrary to the stereotype of car salespeople and it was a pleasure to deal with him. After we had the car for a few days, I discovered a small crack in the windshield. Rick and Curt Cook examined it and without hesitation offered to replace the windshield. These are standup guys and I appreciate their integrity. More
