Both Curt and Rick worked persistently to get the car I wanted and kept me apprised each step of the way. Once here, Rick was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful, working to finalize a closing price that was fair and that fit my budget. Rick is very knowledgeable and his explanations of the options, etc. on the car were detailed and clear; as a first-time BMW owner, I much appreciated that. Allen Dean was most helpful in quickly resolving a problem (of my making) with my insurance company. Since we had previously purchased three cars from Athens BMW (all 7 series sedans), I suggested that she test drive the BMW X series. The X1 was too small, the X5 was too big, but the X3 fit her just right. Rick Bythewood was highly knowledgeable about the BMW line and carefully explained the differences among the models. A test drive featuring some maneuvers that demonstrated the stability and safety features of the X3 sold my wife on this model. Rick has a low key manner that is contrary to the stereotype of car salespeople and it was a pleasure to deal with him. After we had the car for a few days, I discovered a small crack in the windshield. Rick and Curt Cook examined it and without hesitation offered to replace the windshield.
