Without a local BMW dealer I typically use an import car service provider for routine maintenance. After replacing a strut on the "hatch" my local mechanic was not able to make the mechanism work, and told me to take it to a dealer. I talked to Trevor on the phone and he checked with the technicians. After asking for the VIN number on the car, so that they could do some additional research, they gave me an early morning appointment on the day requested. When I arrived I was greeted warmly by Sean, as though I had been a regular customer for years. After collecting the necessary information he escorted me to a wonderful customer lounge, where I enjoyed excellent coffee, breakfast pastries, and comfortable seating. Within about an hour and a half my (now freshly washed) car was ready to go! Can't wait for it to break again for a return visit! More
