We recently had an issue with our 2013 X3, that was to say the least " catastrophic". when faced with the disappointment and possibility of abandoning the brand,Bevin Doyle (Service Manager) and his team stepped up as customer advocates and went "Way" beyond their responsibility and service commitment in supporting us. Going to bat for us with BMW North America and the local Dealership in an "unbelievable" show of customer support rallied all involved to "do the right thing" for a life time BMW owner and supporter. He has a very assuring personality and isn't pushy. He worked with me through all my questions very patiently and I was very particular about the rate I wanted on the car and other details. I was looking for an X3 for a couple of months all over Atlanta but couldnt find the right deal. Found BMW of Athens while browsing online and found the inventory for the car & options I was looking for so decided to drive to Athens and I was glad that I decided to do it. The manager Justin Octavi also came out to check with me during the process was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. Finally, got an amazing deal on my X3 and great customer experience. P.S. They have amazing coffee and if I'm not wrong it is local coffee from Athens. More
