Straight-Foward, No Games, Very Accommodating I recently purchased a BMW with Athens BMW; it was my first online purchase of a vehicle ever. I was a little hesitant because buying a car without first seeing/driving it seemed a bit risky. But since I live in Kansas City, if I wanted the car I had to consider taking this chance. After reviewing ABMW's feedback, however, those concerns dissipated. When I initially contacted Joe Colemann at ABMW, I was anticipating having to play all sorts of back and forth games, the kind of which are traditionally commensurate with in-dealership vehicle purchases. None of that. I submitted an offer, Joe was frank in telling me what the bottom-dollar price his dealership would accept for the car, and it was sealed. Thereafter, Joe was extremely helpful in getting the final Ts on the deal crossed, including sending someone to pick me up from the Atlanta airport and taking me to the dealership about 60 miles away in Athens. When I got to the dealership, Joe and others didn't waste my time. Due to my request, they were short but sweet: they were hospitable and provided me all the info and materials I needed, but didn't waste time getting the proper paperwork together, etc. In short, the experience could not have been better. -Edward More

We recently had an issue with our 2013 X3, that was to say the least " catastrophic". when faced with the disappointment and possibility of abandoning the brand,Bevin Doyle (Service Manager) and his team stepped up as customer advocates and went "Way" beyond their responsibility and service commitment in supporting us. Going to bat for us with BMW North America and the local Dealership in an "unbelievable" show of customer support rallied all involved to "do the right thing" for a life time BMW owner and supporter.
